Good Day Carrier Corp ("Good Day Carrier", "we", "us") is a motor carrier. This policy explains what personal information we collect from the drivers, owner-operators and business contacts we work with, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Name, mobile phone number, email, mailing address, driver's license / CDL and medical card details, equipment and load information, and payment and settlement details needed to dispatch loads and pay you.

How we use it

To assign and dispatch loads, communicate schedule changes, prepare and send settlements (pay statements), keep required safety and compliance records, and contact you about your work with us.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from Good Day Carrier, we use your mobile number to send dispatch, load and pay notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; reply START to resubscribe. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of working with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, solely to deliver them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business — for example with customers and brokers for a load you haul (name, truck and contact for that load), payroll and banking providers, insurers, and authorities when required by law.

Security and retention

We protect information with access controls and encryption where appropriate, and keep it as long as needed for our working relationship and legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, and opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
